It is expressly declared to VFC that the consent of the photographer and/or the authorized user and any persons photographed for this intended use of the photo, in particular also to keep the photographs available on the VFC website, has been obtained and such consent is available.

I/We will therefore indemnify and hold harmless VFC from all claims of third parties for the use of these photographs on the homepage of VFC and this concerns both extrajudicial and the judicial assertion of any claims for injunctive relief and/or damages.
