Marx Halle

The MARX HALLE, is a 20 000 m² architectural jewel, a listed "heart" of Vienna and has become the pulsating centre of the new St. Marx district.

The Marx Halle was built between 1878 and 1899 according to plans by architect Rudolf Frey as a large cattle market and now also forms the central core of the Neu Marx urban development area in the middle of Vienna.

The 140-year-old structure is Vienna's first ironwork construction. In 2017 the MARX HALLE was purchased by the HEY-U Media Group (building rights) and developed into one of the leading event/theatre and production halls.
