The Billrothhaus was built in 1893 and combines the tradition of the Vienna Medical School's with the requirements of a modern medical event center. It is located in the heart of Vienna and is one of the finest medical-historical monuments in Europe.
In the traditional ballroom of the Billrothhaus medical and scientific congresses, symposia and evening events can be held. The renovated premises (classroom / administration room / reading room / library) are available for medical-related press conferences, consensus meetings, round-table discussions and seminars. F23.wir.fabriken is taking a former industrial site in Atzgersdorf and developing it into a cultural focal point for the entire 23rd district. While preserving the Art Deco exterior of the building – which is under a historical preservation order and cannot be altered – it will transform its 12,000 square metre interior into new, modern spaces with modern technology. F23 will become an open centre for cultural projects and activities.
The project is an extremely collaborative one, involving IG F23 (a non-profit organisation), multiple departments of the City of Vienna, municipal officials from the district where the centre is located, and various cultural projects and partners.

The Cobenzl winery cultivates around 60 hectares of vineyards in Grinzing, on the Nussberg and on the Bisamberg. Oben von den eigenen Weingärten hat man einen perfekten Blick auf die Wiener Innenstadt.
Das Weingut besticht durch seinen südländischen Flair und den eleganten gepflasterten Vorplatz mit wunderschöner Bepflanzung und beleuchteten Sandsteinfiguren. Im Weinkeller findet man große sowohl große Hallen mit Stahltanks sowie einen schönen Holzfasskeller.
Zwischen Weingut und Buschenschank findet man das romantische Plastersteingasserl das "Fuhrgassl" nachdem auch der Buschenschank benannt wurde.
