In 1980 DI Rudolf Hascha took over the business and in 1987 he began to convert to organic farming with sheep, chickens, cereals and vegetables. From 2001 the farm was named Haschahof. In August 2015 the wohnfonds Wien acquired the entire ensemble - the seller was the "Herzfeld Foundation".
In 2019 the cooperative Zukunftshof won the tender for the subsequent use. Before the renovation begins, there is the opportunity to capture impressions of the 19th century until 2021.
