The Sandleitenhof is the largest residential complex of municipal housing construction in Vienna. Covering a total area of 68,581 m2, the complex extends in the 16th district on the slopes of the Vienna woods over several streets.

In the 22nd municipal district in the northeast of Vienna "Die Seestadt aspern" arises on an area of 240 hectares. A five hectare lake is located in the center. The area will be developed until 2028, accommodating high-quality living environment for some 20,000 people plus about the same number of workplaces.
VIERTEL ZWEI is work and living area in the 2nd district directly at the local recreational area Prater. The 5000m2 lake is the heart of the area and in combination with the modern architecture and the various green areas creates one of Vienna’s most attractive quarters.
