The Danube Tower is one of Vienna's most important landmarks and the tallest building in Austria with its 252 meters. In 2018, the Danube Tower underwent a "state of the art" renovation and shines in a stylish reinterpretation of the 1960s. In addition, it was expanded to include two gastronomic highlights on the ground floor: the Danube Cafe and the Donaubräu with a guest garden. In accordance to the motto "top of Vienna", visitors get a view over Vienna and the surrounding areas in the constantly rotating tower restaurant and the tower café as well as the observation terrace.
Originally built in the 1960s, the office building, rented entirely by DORDA, is located at the junction of the Universitätsring, the old city walls and the Biedermeier buildings near the Mölkerbastei, opposite of the University of Vienna.
The conference zone on the 6th floor of the 7-storey building was completely redesigned in 2003 and now offers a spectacular view from the city hall to the Kahlenberg thanks to a continuous floor-to-ceiling glass facade.
The interior design of marble and carpet, upholstered wall and the different textures of the materials result in a generous, harmonious overall impression and reflect modern work structures.
The conference zone has the most modern technical and multimedia facilities and the necessary technical connections for the film industry.

It has 254 rooms and an event space of 627 m². It is decorated in art decó style, which is expressed by black and white marble, black wood paneling, graphic patterns and many gold elements. The whole style is luxurious and exclusive with a lot of love for authentic vintage decorative elements such as an old telephone in the hallway or peacock feathers in the rooms. In addition to the exceptional style, the hotel is also known for its gourmet cuisine and cocktail creations. The hotel features a bar and restaurant, as well as an executive lounge, a gym, guest elevators, a staircase, and a spiral staircase. Suites have balconies with panoramic views of downtown.

Hotel Bristol, by tradition a source of inspiration, enchants and mesmerises. George Gershwin wrote here his “An American in Paris”, Catherine Deneuve shot scenes for a film in the bar, opera singer Nellie Melba was the inspiration for the sweet temptation of the famous Peach Melba ice-cream dessert, and the Prince of Wales even brought his beloved Wallis Simpson to Vienna, but in doing so evidently lost not only his heart, but also his crown.
Hotel Bristol with its unique location vis-à-vis the Vienna State Opera, has been one of Vienna’s prime addresses ever since 1892. Artists, stars, monarchs and business travellers have long appreciated the comfort, delightful service and cosmopolitan flair of the hotel. There is no better place from which to immerse yourself here and now in VIENNA, capital of music, incomparable metropolis and former imperial city.
Hotel Bristol is an art deco gem. With the judicious integration of modern design, the hotel offers an ambience that captivates guests with its stylish charm and deeprooted history. The InterContinental Wien opened in 1964 as the largest hotel in Austria at the time. Designed by the Austrian architect Carl Appel in a strictly functionalist style, the hotel has shaped the cityscape for over 50 years. The spacious lobby has been altered several times over the years and its current, classically elegant design goes back to the interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon. The opulent chandelier in the adjacent bar area dates back to the early 1960s and is a popular film motif. The Parlor restaurant was designed in cooperation with Vitra Design and impresses with its black and white look.
An impressive blend of tradition and modernity is reflected in the design of the Hotel Savoyen. Housed in the former building of the Austrian State Print, the hotel represents an architectural bridge from the past to the future. The daylight-bathed atrium, with its lounge and bar, is the focal point of the hotel. It is from here that guests access our 309 comfortably appointed rooms and suites, as well as the Fitness & Vitality Area.

The special marble bathrooms lend a very special flair. The public rooms bear witness to the flair of the former Viennese salons.
Hotel Topazz has 32 rooms and a penthouse with a wrap-around roof terrace. It is in the 4-star superior level. The rooms have a size between 20 - 25 m².

SO/ Vienna is a vibrant lifestyle & design hotel.
An avant-garde masterpiece in the middle of one of the tradition-richest cities. SO/Vienna is far more than an ordinary luxury hotel. Built by the French star architect Jean Nouvel, it is rather a work of art that blends into the multifaceted cityscape like a sculpture. For example, Nouvel took up elements of Vienna's St. Stephen's Cathedral in his design and impressively translated them into the 21st century. An experience that combines art, architecture and the centuries.
Located on the 18th floor, Das LOFT Restaurant is the culinary highlight. The restaurant is a real hotspot for gourmets and friends of innovative cuisine. From this somewhat different Viennese restaurant you can enjoy an unprecedented view over Vienna - St. Stephen's Cathedral within reach.
Culinary delight and art indulgence complement each other at Das LOFT Restaurant Wien: the media artist Pipilotti Rist is responsible for the ceiling design. With the illuminated ceiling, she creates a luminous contrast to the otherwise very simple interior. A place that exudes exclusivity and extravagance and combines Viennese charm with international flair.

Vienna's Cobenzl Winery is one of the most important Viennese wineries and has been owned by the City of Vienna for over 110 years. The Cobenzl winery cultivates around 60 hectares of vineyards in Grinzing, on the Nussberg and on the Bisamberg. The vineyards, with resonant names such as Ried Pfeffer, Ried Seidenhaus and Ried Bellevue ("Beautiful View"), are among the best sites in the city and offer a magnificent view of the metropolis.
Nowadays, the winery is part of the Forestry and Agriculture Department of the City of Vienna (MA 49).
The water tower was built in 1898/99 and supplied the high-lying areas of the 10th and 12th districts of Vienna with drinking water. This task was taken over a few years later by the II. Wiener Hochquellenleitung, which went into operation in 1910. From this time on, the tower was used occasionally, for example when the II. Hochquellenleitung had to be drained for maintenance work. Since 1956, the water tower was no longer in use for water supply.
Between 1988 and 1990, the water tower was completely renovated by the Viennese "Wasserwerke". The reconstruction of the roof ornaments was particularly complex. The ornaments of the roof were reconstructed from the original glazed tiles in 5 colors.
From the roof space of the water tower one reaches the observation platform via a 13 m high spiral staircase. The conical roof rises steeply 60 degrees and consists of a steel construction. On the outside of the top of the tower there is a 1 m wide walkway. At a height of 48 m, it offers an impressive view over Vienna.
The centerpiece of the Water Tower is an 8.1 m high water tank for 1,000 cubic meters of drinking water. This tank is supported at a height of 25.5 m by an inner ring wall. Today, the water tank can no longer be filled, as it is no longer connected to the Vienna water supply network.
At the same time as the tower, the adjacent turbine house was built.
