The studio was built in the '90s and was used as a nightclub/bar known as "Soul Veranda".
Atmosphere: Because of its history, the studio has an industrially-inspired 90s flair that is very different from a chic glossy studio. Retro sofas, various armchairs and funny accessories contribute to the studio's cosy atmosphere.
Accessibility: The studio is located in a somewhat industrial area between the Manhattan Fitness Studio and the Manhattan multi-storey car park. 10 minutes walk from the U4/U6 station Spittelau or 7 minutes walk from the D-Car tram station Rampengasse. The location is easy to reach by car. Various parking facilities are available.
Infrastructure: The total area of the studio is 130m² with 370cm room height. It is optimised for photographic work and offers many lighting options. The rooms are divided into several areas. The front area consists of an entrance and a lounge with sofa, bookshelf and large rolling shutter gate, which is convenient for deliveries or for additional daylight. Next is the main room with large barred windows on the left and a white wall on the right.
The studio can be used as a complete white room or a completely black room (floor, ceiling, side walls).
The area in the back consists of a well-equipped kitchen, which can also be used as a bar. There are office desks, a make-up area with a long, back-lit mirror, a small workshop and a large toilet area with separate women's and men's toilets. Next to the make-up area there is also a side entrance with a concealed outside space, which appears somewhat sinister and features an old tree trunk. In the In the backside area, there is also access to a small storage room, which can be reached via a steel staircase.
All in all, the atmospheric studio offers many different lines of sight, good lighting options, flexible settings and rooms that are all a little different. It is easy to reach and offers parking facilities.

The bread factory in the Viennese district of Favoriten was founded in 1891 and was the largest bakery in Europe until the interwar period.
Since 2009, a loft project with multifunctional halls, galleries, studios, showrooms and offices has been under construction on the disused oldest part of the factory site, in the immediate vicinity of the still existing bread and pastry production of Ankerbrot. By attracting cultural institutions such as Hilger Next, OstLicht, Anzenberger Lichterloh and Deutsche Pop, the site is rapidly becoming a decentralized cultural hot spot.
The former Anker Expedition Hall regularly hosts theater, dance and music performances, as well as exhibitions. During the revitalization, care was taken not only to preserve the listed historic buildings. A modern infrastructure was achieved by staircases and elevator towers in exposed concrete, which represent a deliberate contrast to the industrial architecture of the 19th century in brick optics.
Size of the entire site: 16.000 m², size of former anchor expedition hall: 2.200 m² (no columns).
Loft 250 m² with studio character / artist's apartment and refuge / versatile filming location with three large rooms / shipboard flooring throughout the loft / floor plan in U-shape / long window fronts / multiple accesses

The club is located directly next to the subway station Praterstern.
The container construction on the upper floor contains a bar and an artistically designed guest area with views of the Giant Ferris Wheel and the Praterstern station.
The rooms in the former pedestrian passage have been left in minimalist concrete. The long bar, the stairs, the stage and the dance floor convey an underground flair and club atmosphere.

It has 254 rooms and an event space of 627 m². It is decorated in art decó style, which is expressed by black and white marble, black wood paneling, graphic patterns and many gold elements. In general, the hotel is a trip back in time to the 1920s, so it is well suited for period films. The whole style is luxurious and exclusive with a lot of love for authentic vintage decorative elements such as an old telephone in the hallway or peacock feathers in the rooms. In addition to the exceptional style, the hotel is also known for its gourmet cuisine and cocktail creations. The hotel features a bar and restaurant, as well as an executive lounge, a gym, guest elevators, a staircase, and a spiral staircase. Suites have balconies with panoramic views of downtown.

Hotel Bristol, by tradition a source of inspiration, enchants and mesmerises. George Gershwin wrote here his “An American in Paris”, Catherine Deneuve shot scenes for a film in the bar, opera singer Nellie Melba was the inspiration for the sweet temptation of the famous Peach Melba ice-cream dessert, and the Prince of Wales even brought his beloved Wallis Simpson to Vienna, but in doing so evidently lost not only his heart, but also his crown.
Hotel Bristol with its unique location vis-à-vis the Vienna State Opera, has been one of Vienna’s prime addresses ever since 1892. Artists, stars, monarchs and business travellers have long appreciated the comfort, delightful service and cosmopolitan flair of the hotel. There is no better place from which to immerse yourself here and now in VIENNA, capital of music, incomparable metropolis and former imperial city.
Hotel Bristol is an art deco gem. With the judicious integration of modern design, the hotel offers an ambience that captivates guests with its stylish charm and deeprooted history. Legendary and famous: the striking stairway up to the suites with a view of the Vienna State Opera, the valuable original paintings and antiques, and naturally the open hearth in the lounge. Equally noteworthy is the American Bar. Going out or coming home, Hotel Bristol is a popular home base and meeting place.

Hotel Topazz was opened in 2012. It is located between the Hoher Markt and the Lugeck. Hotel Topazz is a hotel in the boutique and design segment. The facade of Topazz reminds of big shining eyes looking into the city. The textiles and murals in the rooms are inspired in part by the legendary designs of the Wiener Werkstätte, as homage to artists such as Dagobert Peche and Koloman Moser. The special marble bathrooms lend a very special flair. The public rooms bear witness to the flair of the former Viennese salons.
Hotel Topazz has 32 rooms and a penthouse with a wrap-around roof terrace. It is in the 4-star superior level. The rooms have a size between 20 - 25 m².
There are no parking facilities in front of the hotel, but the parking garage at Rotenturmstraße 1 in 1010 Vienna or the parking garage at Kleeblattgasse 11 are only a few minutes walk away.

In 1907/08 a private sanatorium was built in the house according to the plans of Robert Oerley. The sanatorium was put into operation in 1908. The hotel originally had 70 rooms and suites. The house, built in 1908 in the style of "Classic Modernism", which was common at the time, has retained the original straightforward and simple architectural elements, despite some remodeling. Today, the hotel performs the function of a gallery, among other things. The peculiarity of the house lies in its rectilinear form, the extraordinary architecture from 1908 and the new design-oriented design that transitions into the present.
