Enie van de Meiklokjes visits beautiful Vienna. Here she is allowed to look over the shoulder of Jürgen Vsetecka, the chief pastry chef at Café Meinl. Together they prepare fabulous Punschkrapferl. She also learns about Empress Sissi's favourite recipe: Violet Meringue. Afterwards Enie goes to Daniel Ploderer in the Café "Creme de la Creme". Here he shows her his legendary redcurrant mousse cake.
