The Amalienbad was built in the 1920s and is decorated with Art Nouveau elements. It features separate sauna areas for men and women, with tiled walls and mosaic work, and a round Art Deco-style hot water pool with a mosaic on the pool floor, as well as wide steps and columns. The sports pool, featuring a historic jumping platform with heights of 1 metre, 3 metres, 5 metres, 7.5 metres and 10 metres, is 33.3 metres long and 12.5 metres wide. The water depth ranges from 1.25 to 4.85 metres. There is also a separate children’s pool, as well as a shower area. Filming permits must be applied for via the Vienna Film Commission’s application tool.
