WILD IM WEST – A Temporary Space with Rough Edges and Plenty of Room for New Ideas Wild im West is a temporary-use cultural project in Vienna’s 19th district, located around the former APA Tower on the old Quester industrial site. The sprawling grounds combine industrial architecture with urban subculture: a container bar and beer garden, a stage, several containers and large open-air spaces meet the former Quester building, which houses an open hall and a flexible multi-purpose space. Raw surfaces, old industrial architecture, graffiti and improvised structures define the site, giving it a distinctive industrial, post-punk Berlin vibe. It’s not a polished event venue, but a place with history, character and plenty of space for culture, music, encounters and new ideas.
