Dr. Rainer Gottwald, head of the Vienna Ambulance Service, provided information about the tasks of the Vienna Ambulance Service, its personnel and technical infrastructure and the general conditions for filming.
Daniel Melcher, media spokesman of MA 70, and his colleagues gave a guided tour of the in-house vehicle fleet, where some of the more than 100 vehicles of various categories could be viewed.

The range of services offered by the Vienna Ambulance Service for film shoots extends from trained emergency paramedics with filming experience, the vehicle fleet with intensive care bed transporters, special operations vehicles, rescue vehicles with loading crane, supply trailers and mobile control centers, a helipad, to various filming locations such as the auditorium in the rescue academy, the rescue museum and a roof terrace with a view of the Danube Canal.
Uniforms of the Vienna Professional Rescue Service can be rented from the costume rental company Lambert Hofer.
