Our most recent Industry Talk was hosted by ARE URBANIQ. The company is part of the Bundesimmobiliengesellschaft (BIG) group.

Cornelia Bredt took us on a tour of the newly built urban neighbourhood VILLAGE IM DRITTEN and THE DOCKS – a multi-story building offering an impressive 9,000m2 of diverse filming locations. From office spaces and showrooms to storage rooms, stairwells and a public underground car park, THE DOCKS feature a wide range of locations for film shoots, complemented by green spaces, open areas and traffic areas throughout the neighbourhood.

As part of the get-together, Markus-Daniel Bauer, cluster manager at ARE’s parent company BIG, then answered questions about filming on BIG’s premises and, in particular, at the former Postsparkasse on Georg-Coch-Platz
