Conflicts and misunderstandings between generations are on everyone's lips. The phrase “OK Boomer” symbolizes the hardening of clichés and the increasing breakdown of dialogue between generations. But “the youth of today” has always seemed worrying to their elders. Little known today are the conflicts that children and young people of Generation X in Austria had to endure with their parents. Even less familiar is the shared experience of the baby boomers that left its mark on this generation. This four-part documentary series recounts the formative experiences of the boomer generation and the subsequent Generation X.
