Tirolerblut - Im kalten Wasser

Fanny's son Tobi joins the police force in Innsbruck. His first solo assignment as a police officer takes him to a violent family man. The situation on the ground is confusing: a frightened family, a threatening father who is drunk and threatens to set his aggressive dog on Tobi. The situation escalates and a shot is fired. What remains is a dead dog and the father, who is critically injured. Did Tobi lose control and shoot too quickly, as Nadine, the abused wife, suddenly claims? Fanny senses that there is more to this family drama than meets the eye and begins to investigate on her own initiative and against explicit instructions – thereby jeopardizing her career.
