The “Graetzelmixer” community and event space with a spacious forecourt is located in the Sonnwendviertel district, right next to Helmut-Zilk-Park, nearby the Vienna Central Station. Whether you are looking for space for seminars, workshops, lectures, presentations, concerts, dance, or yoga, the room is open to many uses. The ground-floor room is just under 100m² in size and has a clear room height of 4m. The front facing the square is completely glazed. When the weather is nice, the large sliding doors can be opened to extend the room onto the square in front of the building. If necessary, the light-flooded room can be darkened with permanently installed, opaque curtains. The room is accessible from the square via a barrier-free entrance. The square in front of the room is privately owned and can therefore be added to the rental conveniently.
