The Vienna Furniture Museum impresses visitors with the largest furniture collection in Austria, the largest Empire collection in the world, and a unique presentation staged as a fascinating time trip through the history of furniture design. The display extends from the presentation of the Imperial furniture, through a variety of furnishing styles such as Biedermeier, Historicism and the Viennese Modern, to contemporary furniture design. All film and photo recordings beyond private use are subject to approval. Please contact us at least 3 weeks before the planned start of work. During opening hours, filming and photography inside the state rooms and show rooms are only permitted for private use.
