Grünangergasse, located in the Blutgassen district, is one of the oldest streets in the first district. It is almost entirely a narrow, single-lane road with two narrow sidewalks, both of which are paved with cobblestones. Most of the buildings date back to the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. On the corner of Domgasse is the Katzenberg-Fürstenberg Palace, which, together with the neighboring buildings, creates an almost Italian-style atmosphere. The approximately 180-meter-long street runs in a gentle curve; parking is limited in the area where it meets Schulstraße. Limited Permits must be requested via the Vienna Film Commission's application tool; filming permits must be requested directly via the MA 46 application form. Further information can be found under Filming Permits.
