Josefstädter Straße connects Lerchenfelder Gürtel with Landesgerichtsstraße, which runs behind City Hall, and stretches 2.3 kilometers through the entire eighth district. The street itself has two tram tracks and, due to its width, has relatively little parking space. The rows of houses vary in height and contain numerous shops beneath their Gründerzeit-style facades. In the adjacent alleys, you will often find places to linger and historic squares.
