Waldmüllerpark is located in Vienna's 10th district (Favoriten) on the site of the former Catholic cemetery of Matzleinsdorf and covers an area of around 40,000 m². In the 1920s, the cemetery was converted into a park. One hundred historic tombs form a burial grove that can still be visited today upon request. A cemetery wall, a stone arbor, and a stone pergola at the main entrance have also been preserved. The park has several spacious playgrounds, a basketball court, a soccer field, a beach volleyball court, public restrooms, three drinking fountains, and a dog park. Some of the walking paths are lined with park benches.
